tseriesT-Series fourth film this year – Creature 3D, has scored yet another hit in their kitty. Bhushan Kumar’s company T-Series has given its fourth hit in a row and is successful back to back in experimenting with different genres.

Last year T-Series gave the industry one of its biggest musical hit love story Aashiqui 2. This year, it started with a youth romantic Yaariyan, followed by a social satire Bhoothnath Returns, revenge drama Hate Story 2 and now India’s first sci fi creature film Creature 3D. Says Bhushan, “In my opinion, Creature 3D worked because it gave the audience to watch its first home grown creature. The film not only scared you but also gave you VFX par Hollywood standards.”

The film satellite rights were sold for 12 crore and earned a weekend collection of 11.34 crore. The movie has already recovered it’s cost of 18 crore. The movie’s music and overseas collection gave them 6 crore. “We are glad that our audience accepted and liked India’s first Creature film and gave us such good numbers. The film in the first week with the music and satellite rights has given us major profits” added Bhushan.

India’s first sci fi Creature film has garnered a lot of love and appreciation from the Indian audience. T-series who is known for experimenting with different genre of films has created their own new property- India’s first creature film.

Being India’s first creature film, T-series did its in-depth study and research to produce it for the Indian cinema. The film’s VFX were in par with Hollywood standards and it has established the brand as India’s first creature film and own this successful franchise. The producer was pleasantly surprised with the overwhelming response from the kids. The 3D effects were the icing on the cake for the children who have always looked forward to the Hollywood creature films. With the Indian creature being liked and appreciated by audience one can expect a sequel to this hit franchise.
