The epic love ballad ‘Ek Dil Ek Jaan’ from Padmavati has hit over 10 million views!

We have another gorgeous song from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati. Titled ‘Ek Dil Ek Jaan’, the track is an epic love ballad between a brave king Maharawal Ratan Singh depicted by Shahid Kapoor and a courageous queen, Rani Padmini played by Deepika Padukone.

The melodious music composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali with lyrics by A M Turaz, features the incredible vocals of Shivam Pathak. Shot as only Bhansali can do it, ‘Ek Dil Ek Jaan’ showcases the majaesty of this film with breath-taking palatial visuals with regal garments.

The song has already garnered more than 10 million views since it released this weekend.

Releasing 1st December, through Paramount Pictures, Padmavati stars Deepika Padukone as the legendary Rajput queen from the kingdom of Chittor, Rani Padmini. Shahid Kapoor portrays the role of her husband, Maharawal Ratan Singh, and probably the most daring of them all, the invader Sultan Alauddin Khilji, essayed with sheer ferocity by Ranveer Singh. The film also stars Jim Sarbh and Aditi Rao Hydari. A fitting tribute to India’s glorious heritage, the classic Sanjay Leela Bhansali opulence converges cinematic brilliance with breath-taking visual effects and epic battle shots, transporting audiences into the glorious realm of 14th century Rajput Rajasthan.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Bhansali Productions, Padmavati is slated to release on 1st December 2017 through Paramount Pictures.
