Director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, ROMP Pictures and Excel Entertainment have announced the delay of the release of Toofaan due to the crisis of the second wave of COVID-19 in India.
In his announcement, he wrote, “In light of the severity of the situation, our focus is completely on the pandemic and on supporting our employees, their families and in helping the wider community. Therefore, we have taken the decision to postpone the release of our film Toofan until the situation improves.”
Adding, “We will issue an update regarding the new release in due course of time.”
