This year has been a good year for fashion in Bollywood films. They styles have definitely developed and grown and we saw many international brands, such as Dior, gracing the big screen for the first time. This year has been a good year to end the decade on, with designers thinking more about the look of the stars rather than throwing on the usual type of garments. We have seen a variety of vintage clothes on our screens and the traditional Indian look is definitely back. We put together a list of the 10 films we fell have impacted fashion in 2010. 10. Action Replayy

As far as wardrobes go this year, there have not been many period films that have got it right (Veer comes to mind as the way not to do a period film), but Action Replayy did make a good attempt as far as seventies outfits go. The wardrobe did not let this film down, it was great to see those amazing seventies churidaars and accessories; it certainly did predict the next big trend, seventies fashion is in for S/S 2011 ladies! Aishwariya Rai had a pretty cool seventies wardrobe, Akshay’s wardrobe on the other hand needed some work which is why Action Replayy only makes it to number 10 on our countdown of most fashionable films for 2010.
