As BollySpice exclusively reported earlier, Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif are currently filming Yash Chopra’s next ‘Production 45’ in the UK.
The UK Police are working closely with Yash Raj Films to prevent fans entering closed sets in public locations. They are sealing off areas so that the crew can work without fans interrupting the filming. Fans are also being kept away from the set because of Health and Safety regulations as a lot of filming equipment is around on location.
A source working on the film told BollySpice: “It can get quite dangerous on locations for people not part of the crew. We set up our own lights and we have electricity cables everywhere as well as expensive filming equipment. We have to ensure that nothing happens to anyone.”
But things took a different turn when Shah Rukh Khan was questioned by Police on the way to a filming location in South-East England. A vital scene for the film was to be shot in Ascot over the last weekend. Reportedly scenes were filmed with the leading actors at Ascot Racecourse.
Apparently, there was a check post on the way to the location where the Police were checking vehicles. When Shah Rukh’s car was stopped there was some confusion even though the driver had all the necessary papers with him. This delayed the actor who had to reach the location as soon as possible because limited time was given to shoot there.
While a queue had started to build up on the street due to the check post, the actor who is usually late on sets spoke to the Police himself and then jumped into another car and took a different route to reach the Ascot Racecourse. We wonder why he was questioned by the Police?
Shah Rukh Khan remained unavailable for comment.
Stay tuned to BollySpice as we will be bringing you more news on the London shoot of the film.
