The makers of the highly anticipated film Vrusshabha have officially announced a grand worldwide theatrical release on 25th December 2025, promising audiences a an incredible theatrical experience on the big screen.

Written and directed by Nanda Kishore, Vrusshabha is a sweeping saga of love, destiny, and vengeance, exploring the unbreakable bond between a father and son.

Mounted on a massive scale, the film involves extensive post-production and cutting-edge VFX work that demands both precision and time. “We never compromise on quality. Our commitment has always been to deliver the best possible cinematic experience to the audience. Hence, we have decided to move the release to Christmas 2025 a perfect festive gift to all Lalettan fans and cinema lovers across the world,” said the makers in a joint statement.

To mark the announcement, the makers have unveiled a gripping motion poster, officially setting the stage for this Christmas 2025 release.

The film stars Mohanlal, alongside Samajrit Lankesh, Ragini Dwivedi, and Nayan Sarika, Ajay and Neha Saxena with a powerful ensemble cast. Vrusshabha features music by Sam CS, sound design by Academy Award-winner Resul Pookutty, dialogues by SRK, Janardhan Maharshi, and Karthik, and high-octane action choreographed by Peter Hein, Stunt Silva, Ganesh and Nikhil.

Presented by Connekkt Media and Balaji Telefilms in association with Abhishek S. Vyas Studios, Vrusshabha is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, C.K. Padma Kumar, Varun Mathur, Saurabh Mishra, Abhisek S Vyas, Praveer Singh, Vishal Gurnani, and Juhi Parekh Mehta. Co-produced by Vimal Lahoti.
