Nikhil Advani’s upcoming action thriller, D-Day, scheduled for release on 19th July will be distributed by Waves Cinemas in India. After having distributed several hit movies like Ready, Kahaani and Oh My God, Wave Inc. has now joined hands with DAR Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment to distribute D-Day in India. Waves Cinemas is a reputed cinema chain, spreading across 28 screens, in North India. Waves Inc. got into the film distribution business about three years ago, and in a short span of time has distributed some of the most successful films of recent years.
Vivek Rangachari, Director, DAR Motion Pictures added, “We are extremely proud of associating with Wave Inc., which has successfully distributed some of the most remarkable movies of our time. D-Day is a movie very close to our heart, and we wanted the best to handle it. I am confident we have that.”

The production house had recently announced that YRF would be distributing the film overseas. This high octane action thriller features Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan, Arjun Rampal, Huma Quershi and Shruti Haasan amongst others, and is produced by DAR Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment and co-produced by Essel Vision Productions.
