Vidya Balan wore this black top with a metallic gold band and a simple black skirt to a recent Bhool Bhulaiya event. She is undoubtedly a natural beauty and the haircut looks cute on her but the outfit just does not work. Firstly, the entire blouse is way to frilly making her look large and it in no way accentuates her body. The gold band around her waist looks plain tacky and for goodness sakes, why is she always wearing black!? To be honest, this outfit reminds me of a Halloween witch costume… definitely not attractive.
