Mallika’s second appearance at Cannes was at the Art Of Elysium 3rd Annual Paradis Event. Mallika’s hair and makeup looks nice but I cannot say the same for this dress. The print is too much and is not flattering at all on Mallika. The fabric reminds me of a tablecloth – not good!
Verdict – Mallika Sherawat is Not Hot!
