The first song of Kunal Kemmu’s upcoming action-comedy film, VIBE, ‘Raaton Mein Aana’, has just dropped. Amazon MGM Studios and Tips Music unveiled the playful and romantic track that is laced with just the right amount of mischief and adds a new flavour to the film as it gears up for its theatrical release. Composed and sung by Amit Trivedi, with lyrics by Kumaar, Raaton Mein Aana pairs an instantly catchy melody with teasing lyrics and an infectious energy that gives the song an instantly memorable pull.
Sharing some insights about the song, Amit Trivedi, singer and composer, shared, “The minute we started working on ‘Raaton Mein Aana’, there was this really playful energy to it that we wanted to hold on to. Kumaar’s lyrics have a lovely teasing quality, and that hook, ‘Raaton mein aana, phir subah jaana’, has a very natural rhythm to it. We kept the melody simple and catchy because the idea was for the song to feel easy and spontaneous, something you can instantly connect with and hum along to. VIBE has a very distinct energy of its own, and I wanted this song to add another flavour to that world while still feeling completely like its own little vibe.”
VIBE centers on two inseparable friends whose ordinary, unassuming lives spiral into an unpredictable, high-energy adventure that pushes their survival instincts and friendship to the limit. The film is produced by Kunal Kemmu and Chirag Nihalani under the banner of Drongo Films. Written and directed by Kemmu, the film features him alongside Preity G Zinta, Sparsh Shrivastava, and debutant Vanshika Dhir in lead roles. The film’s music, presented by Tips Music, adds another layer to its youthful, unpredictable world, with ‘Raaton Mein Aana’ setting the tone for the fun, romance and mischief that audiences can expect from VIBE.
