Yami Gautam confirmed that she is currently busy with five projects. Speaking about her lineup, she revealed, “I have five films that I have locked and one of them is up for release and you will hear about that soon.”
Her consistently strong choices have made her a favourite among audiences who value content-driven cinema.
Yami’s upcoming film slate looks incredibly diverse and promising. Among the confirmed projects is Tamasur, the much-anticipated biopic on Shah Bano, which is scheduled to release this December. She also has a film titled Haq with Emraan Hashmi.
Adding to the excitement is the sequel to her popular heist thriller, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga 2. The sequel to the hit film is officially in the works, and it’s going to be even bigger than the first. According to a source, the script for Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga 2 is locked, and the makers plan to start shooting by the end of 2025. Both Yami Gautam and Sunny Kaushal will return to their roles. While the first film was a heist on a plane, the sequel raises the stakes significantly. The source revealed, “The entire plot of Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga 2 is set on a cruise, where all the madness unfolds,” promising another edge-of-the-seat thriller.
