Earlier this year, Mr. Yash Chopra, India’s most renowned Producer & Director and Chairman of Yash Raj Films, Mr. Zubin Karkaria, CEO & Managing Director of Kuoni India & South Asia, and Mr. Marco Casanova, Co-Owner & CEO of Brandinvest AG, had announced a unique opportunity, the Enchanted Journey, to live the authentic YRF experience by visiting original sites and locations in Switzerland which have been used by Yash Raj Films, in their most famous movies, including Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein, Veer-Zaara, Chandni, Darr and Bachna Ae Haseeno.
A promise made, a promise kept. The month of May kick-started this magical tour and had an outstanding response from one and all. The Enchanted Journey patrons are truly enjoying the double experience of romance and films, clearly visible from these comments:

For Dr. Harish and Dr. Suchitra, the Enchanted Journey was a mesmerising experience. “We have grown up watching Yash Raj Films and are great fans. Each of the tours is handled by Experience Managers. “It is a very fulfilling feeling when the guests come and express their happiness at the end of their journey”, says Upasana, one of the Experienced Managers on the Enchanted Journey. “Also it’s heartening when the bus arrives at the Chopra Lake. There is an air of pride amongst each one of them.” Upasana also recalls one particular day on the tour that was extremely special. “In the bus, I was talking about how this journey is all about love and the expression of love and one gentleman from the bus stood up and, in front of everyone on the bus, expressed his love for his wife and she had tears in her eyes while he was speaking. The entire bus started clapping and when we took our first stop, they went and hugged them both. Later the gentleman came to me and told me that it’s the first time he has spoken like this to his wife and he always wanted to but he felt this was the perfect day and place. Incidents like these are really heartening.”
Rajendra, another experience manager says,”In between the entire setting of the Enchanted Journey, individual gift boxes and the YRF special picture album are the points where the expectations of the guests are surpassed and it’s a moment of sheer delight for all the guests. It gives them a physical memento to cherish this experience for a life time. Something that makes them even more excited to share with their family and friends back home.”
