Tip Top Entertainment presents Mumbai Mirror, a cop-drama with a unique screenplay that intelligently combines suspense and action, releasing in the UK on 18th January 2013. Directed by Ankush Bhatt and produced by Raina Sachiin Joshi, the film stars Sachiin Joshi, Gihani Khan, Prakash Raj, Vimala Raman, Aditya Pancholi and Mahesh Manjrekar.

The lead protagonist of Mumbai Mirror is police officer, ‘Abhijeet Patil’, and the film charts his rise and fall. Being a police officer in the big, bad city that is Mumbai can be quite some task. Mumbai works according to its own, unique philosophy. People here are the most ambitious and the risks taken for the fulfilment of those goals are the most dangerous. Every man who comes here starts competing in an unknown race, and each one aspires to win, at any cost. Mumbai Mirror boldly captures this struggle for the survival of the fittest.

Synopsis
Mumbai-stationed police officer, Abhijeet Patil is one of the best cops on his team. Consigned to an important mission involving a drug-dealing cartel, he completes it with integrity and ease. But soon he begins to rile the wrong people on the wrong sides. He causes a raucous with the extremely powerful Shetty, a leading player in the drug mafia who runs innumerous illegal bars. Little does Patil know that trying to outwit him ends up being his most foolish mistake. Now entangled in the hardcore drug circuit, he comes to a head with his seniors who are also involved, and in turn loses his job.

After the termination of his role in the force, a spiralling series of destructive and humiliating episodes leaves Abhijeet broken. At this point, his loved ones step in to support his rehabilitation and impending fight back.
Individuals and their reach and influence can be unforseeable – another driving theme that gets exposed through the layers of the film as the screenplay progresses. When Abhijeet starts investigating one of his colleague’s murders, a entirely unknown racket surfaces. As Mumbai Mirror climax, Abhijeet learns to play his cards wisely and thus changes the game.

Mumbai Mirror releases in the UK through Tip Top Entertainment on 18th January 2013 as well as India and other parts of the world.
