4. Kareena Kapoor
Not an actress you would think of as an item star, but she is on our list at number 4 because of ‘It’s Rocking’ from Kya Love Story Hai. One of the most popular of the year, this had all the parts needed to make a great item number: Kareena looking sexier than she ever has, great choreography, and a rocking song (if you will forgive the pun). It showed off her new trim figure, and all of the costumes she wore were perfect on her body. A highlight of the movie and a highlight of the item numbers of 2007!
