With Khabida, I have done something different to the popular genres prevalent in the British Asian Music industry and offered music lovers a sound they haven’t heard in a while. I’m positive that the soul I have put into the vocals will connect with the souls of listeners of all ages and hope it has the song has the same timeless quality of Rahman’s compositions,” said Priti.
Already generating a lot of interest with music critics, DJs and fans, Khabida has been produced by top musician Charles Bosco and is readily available on iTunes. Priti is hoping Rahman will appreciate the song and wants to work with him one day.
“A. R. Rahman is the ultimate hero of Indian music and it would be a dream come true to work with him in the future. I hope he likes the new single Khabida because it’s for him,” said Priti.
