The great Amitabh Bachchan has continued his Sunday darshan tradition outside his Mumbai residence Jalsa for years. Fans gather every week on Sunday to catch a glimpse of the mega-star.
However, this Sunday the traditional interaction with fans took an ugly turn when a fan fainted in the soaring temperature .
This was Amitabh Bachchan’s first public outing after recent speculation surrounding his health.
In an exclusive conversation with this writer Amitabh Bachchan expressed concern over his fans’ wellbeing. “They come from far and wide, sometimes waiting for hours to see me. I feel responsible. And I feel guilty when they (the fans) suffer on account of me.”
