If anyone has been on a rollercoaster ride with their weight loss and gain, it’s Hrithik Roshan. The green-eyed hunk is now on a high protein diet where he has to eat 22 eggs a day for his role in Agneepath. Weight that he earlier picked up had to be lost for two sequences in the recently released Guzaarish.
The actor is hard at work at his new workout regime. His trainer, Satyajit Chaurasia says, “Hrithik is undergoing a special exercise regimen for four hours every day. He spends an hour doing cardio every morning and three hours in the evening lifting weights.” He goes on to say, “He has to eat lots of chicken and consume 22 eggs every day. He breaks down the intake of eggs through the day, taking four in a single shot. This makes it easier for him to stick to his diet.”
When starting out with the program, Hrithik’s bicep measurements were sixteen-and-a-half inches, but his trainer is trying to notch it up to 18. A deadline of two months has been set for Hrithik and his trainer to achieve the actor’s fitness goal.
