The one where Abhishek Bachchan rocked: Perhaps one the most well acted scenes in the film is when Abhishek’s character is informed by his wife, played by Rani Mukherjee, that she is pregnant but refuses to bring her child up in an atmosphere surrounded by bloodshed. Abhishek’s breakdown is par excellence. Not for a minute does it seem fake or hammed. But of course, you can expect Mani Ratnam to bring out the best in an otherwise mediocre Abhishek Bachchan.
