After receiving prestigious National Award, Kangana Ranaut has been felicitated by ‘Special Achievement’ award, for her contribution, from ‘CNN-News18 Indian of the Year, 2016.
The award has cemented its position as the biggest awards in the domain of News television and an institution of impeccable credibility. The initiative recognizes the Indian(s) whose contribution to the country in a calendar year has strengthened the foundation of our society and has helped build Brand India in the process.
Kangana was felicitated with the prestigious honour at a ceremony held in Delhi at Hotel Taj Palace on 9th June 2016. The highly-recognized award celebrates Kangana’s contribution not only to the industry as an actor, but also as a face that has helped build Brand India internationally.
With this honour, Kangana’s ever-growing list of achievements just got longer, and the award further cements her standing in the industry as a global icon and a name to reckon with.
