The upcoming family entertainer, Maja Ma, is set against the celebratory backdrop of a traditional festival and a quintessential, colorful Indian wedding. Warm and funny, this light-hearted yet thought-provoking drama with unexpected twists and turns features Madhuri in the lead, in a never-seen-before role.
Maja Ma, which is Amazon Prime Video’s first Indian Original film, is all set to hit the streaming service on October 6th. Directed by Anand Tiwari, the film also features Ritwik Bhowmik, Sheeba Chaddha, Barkha Singh, Srishti Shrivastava, Rajit Kapur, and Simone Singh.

They have released the first track, ‘Boom Padi’, a full-on Garba celebration featuring Madhuri! The infectious and high-energy track is composed by Souumil Shringarpure & Siddharth Mahadevan, lyrics by Priya Saraiya and is sung with sparkling fervor by Shreya Ghoshal & Osman Mir. They say, this year, no Garba party will be complete without ‘Boom Padi’.
