Khushi Kapoor, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s younger daughter, is all set to be seen in a home production, a spiritual sequel to Khushi’s mother, the legendary Sridevi’s farewell film, Mom which in 2017, ripped the screen apart.
Now, Sridevi’s daughter, Khushi, carries the Mom franchise forward with the sequel.
“The film is almost complete, and we are looking at a November release. Khushi has worked really hard to make her mom proud. I am really happy with the film and her performance,” says Boney.
Khushi made her acting debut with the Netflix adaptation of Archies, which was not well received. Her second release Loveyappa too was a non-starter.
Hopefully, with Mom 2, Khushi Kapoor will prove to be third-time lucky.
