Poonam Pandey is currently getting her hands on the handlebar as she learns to ride a bike, but her new adventure came with a little scare — and an important lesson. While learning, Poonam had a minor accident and ended up with a few bruises. Fortunately, she was wearing a helmet, which she says made her feel protected and reinforced how important basic safety precautions are.
Talking about the experience, Poonam says, “Learning to ride has been exciting, but I also realised that you have to be extremely careful. I had a small accident and got a few bruises, but thankfully I was wearing my helmet. That experience really made me realise that safety should always come first.”
The actress has a simple message for everyone who rides — never compromise on safety. “Please always wear a helmet. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an experienced rider. You can be confident, but you can never predict what might happen on the road. A helmet can protect you when you least expect it,” she adds.
For Poonam, the little mishap has become a reminder that learning something new can be exciting, but safety should never take a back seat. Her message is simple — enjoy the ride, but always ride responsibly.
