It is almost unheard of that a star son or star daughter be a wallflower. It’s almost taken for granted that, due to be being exposed to the filmi lifestyle, the son or daughter are that much more accustomed to the way of industry life and therefore more equipped to handle the media. This is what sets Prateik Babbar apart from the rest.
Babbar, who has only been seen in two films so far, prefers that he is known only from the work he does. A source close to Babbar’s family revealed that his maternal Aunt, Manya Patil, suggested he undergo counseling in order to be a little more outgoing but Babar refused to do so. He feels that his acting and talent should speak for itself.
It is rumoured that Babbar has opted out of giving face-to-face interviews for his forthcoming film, Dum Maaro Dum. The director of the movie, Rohan Sippy, was heard saying that the actor goes into a shell when there are many people around but that it is a “revelation” to see him in action once the cameras are switched on.
