Nitesh Tiwari’s epic magnum opus Ramayana: Part One has generated historic advance booking figures ahead of its theatrical release on November 5, 2026. The highly anticipated film has successfully sold over 20.32 lakh (2 million) tickets, racking up a massive ₹78.95 crore gross collection nationwide when including blocked seats. Even when isolating individual, unblocked seat sales, the film has comfortably sold over 16.22 lakh tickets, pulling in an impressive ₹63.12 crore gross across a tracking footprint of more than 64,000 shows.

Over 20.32 lakh tickets have been reserved across 64,558 tracked shows spanning multiple languages and formats in India. The film is already exhibiting an overall pre-release occupancy rate of 14%, translating into 112 housefull shows and 28 completely sold-out auditoriums before its official opening day.

The Hindi language market continues to heavily spearhead the domestic demand, while the Kannada and Telugu versions are gaining rapid momentum in the South.

Beyond India, the film is performing spectacularly, with international pre-sales exceeding $3.9 million (including over $1.5 million driven solely by paid previews in the United States).

The visual spectacle—produced by Namit Malhotra—features an ensemble cast starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, and Sunny Deol as Hanuman. Early trade box office predictions indicate that Ramayana: Part One could comfortably target a worldwide opening day gross of over ₹200 crore, cementing it as one of Indian cinema’s absolute biggest openers.
