13jun_Salman-KickIt has been confirmed that Salman Khan will begin shooting for his upcoming project Kick in July. The film is to be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala and will also see Jacqueline Fernandez star opposite Salman for the first time. A source confirmed the news to a leading newspaper by stating the following. “Kick was supposed to start towards the end of the year. However, a few days ago Salman called Sajid (Nadiadwala) and told him that the film would now go on the floors in July instead and even allotted him dates.”

Kick will reportedly be an action thriller and major parts of it will be shot in London. “Some major action sequences are being planned on the streets of London, for which action directors will be flown in from LA. Some streets in the city are expected to shut down for the shoot. London’s Mayor Boris Johnson met Sajid recently and extended his full co-operation.”

Salman was last seen in Dabangg 2 (2012), which became a raving hit at the box office last year. He will next be seen in Mental which is being directed by his brother Sohail Khan.
