Looks like King Khan is in a bit of trouble these days. Shahrukh Khan has been asked by the High Court of Mumbai to submit documents regarding ownership, sanctions and permission for construction regarding a plot adjacent to his bungalow “Mannat” in Bandra, which he is allegdely working on.

A partition filed by Cyril Mecwan is arguing that SRK should not be allowed to continue construction on the site as it is a heritage structure and it would violate laws regarding the preservation of heritage structures. It has also been reported that the plot was reserved for an art gallery. A similar partition as Cyril’s has been filed by NGO Bhrashtachar Nirmoolan Samiti arguing the same thing. The courts are yet to admit to either one of these partitions.

Also, Cyril Mecwan has objecting to the renaming of SRK’s propery to “Mannat” saying that it violates the law.

The construction was being carried out by Shahrukh as an extention to Mannat. His bungalow came into news when bought by the star from a Parsi couple for a reportedly huge sum.

It sounds like SRK has much to worry about currently, along with various production projects and the responsibility of hosting KBC Season 3.
