No, Sunny Deol is not moving to the South.

Explains producer Prerna Arora, “It was just a moment of exclamation, a thought that Sunny Sir expressed to show how organized the Telugu film industry is. Uss ek sentence ko media ne pakad liya. That Sunny Sir may move. Arrey bhai, jeena yahan marna yahan. But yes, even I feel the Telugu film industry is impressively organized. I am shooting my new project Jatadhara, which is progressing by the clock. No glitches, no delays, no star tantrums…Sudheer Babu, who plays the lead, is a dream to work with. I would like to work again and again with him and the team of Jatadhara.”

As far as the Mumbai film industry is concerned Prerna says the A-listers lay down the rules. “When you are working with the A-listers, you do exactly what they tell you and pay them what they ask for. It’s not like that in the South. The superstars in the South work in collaboration with the producer and director. Geetu Mohandas is making Toxic with superstar Yash. He is all there for her. It is important for the filmmaker to feel his or her leading man’s support. I am feeling it now with Sudheer Babu as we shoot for Jatadhara.”
