Tusshar was injured when he was shooting for an action scene in Belapur for his forthcoming venture Shootout At Wadala. Tusshar injured his foot during the shot and had to be rushed to the hospital.
Unit sources confirm the news “Tusshar was shooting with Sonu Sood for an action scene in Shootout At Wadala. It was a complex chase scene where Sonu Sood’s guys are after Tusshar Kapoor and he escapes in a Jeep.” However, while the shot was okayed, Kapoor suffered a leg injury and had to be rushed to a local doctor.
“He was initially taken to a hospital in Belapur where he was advised bed rest. But Tusshar was worried that the shooting might be stalled and not too confident of the physician there Tusshar rushed to Mumbai and underwent a check-up including an X-ray under the supervision of his family doctor. The actor was relieved that there was no fracture and will resume shooting immediately” our source added further.
Tusshar says, “The shot looks fabulous, so I don’t feel too bad. In the scene, John (Abraham) rescues me as I am getting thrashed by Sonu! I remember I even got hurt when I was shooting Shootout At Lokhandwala too and now this. I feel like a real action hero now!” he laughs.
