We recently gave you as sneak peek into the fashion show in honour of the legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra on 27th September, another day to relive the wonderful memories he has left behind. To celebrate and remember him together, the divas Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla, Katrina Kaif, Parineeti Chopra, Rekha, Preity Zinta, Anushka Sharma and Rani Mukherji walked the ramp. King of Romance Shah Rukh Khan was the show stopper of this glamorous show!
The beautiful actresses walked the ramp in the customized Diva’ni collection. The show commenced with a beautifully confident Anushka Sharma, followed by the elegant Parineeti Chopra. Juhi Chawla spread that lovely vibe with her graceful walk, and next up was Yashji’s ‘Chandni’ Sridevi who was truly the moonlight of the evening. Madhuri Dixit took breaths away with her million dollar smile in her black attire. Rani Mukherjee was the doll delight of the evening in a pink zardosi saree, while Preity Zinta was her ‘Jiya Jale’ self once again in a pretty Kashmiri attire. Rekha looked like a golden beauty and Yashji’s Meera i.e. Katrina Kaif dazzled the ramp with her attractive personality in perfect combination with the couture!
In a black suit with his dashing self as always, SRK was the show stopper in his much loved pose, which was greeted by cheers and applause! With all the lovely Yash Raj heroines, SRK wished the late filmmaker a very happy birthday. It was an emotional moment for everyone present as each actress in her own way remembered the different identities he gave all of them.
SRK said, “If Yashji was present, he would have said to me that they are all looking so beautiful, now you handle them. I really miss Yashji and I feel so honoured to be associated with him for so long. He will always be my favourite filmmaker.”
