It would be unfair to say that Dabangg is the most critically acclaimed of 2010; that simply is not the case. But Dabangg is by far one of the most entertaining and paisa vasool films of the year. What worked for the film was the masala plot, great music and old school aura that was missing from more recent Hindi films. Add to that the actor that is Salman Khan and ‘Munni Badnaam’, and you pretty much have a film that is looking to create waves at the box office. Salman Khan proved that he is the Khan for all seasons and that his power at the box office still brings in the audiences and masses. Dabangg was Da-Bomb in 2010!
