Neeta Lulla

With a career spanning over two decades, which includes designing costumes for films such as Jodhaa Akbar and Devdas, designing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s wedding attire and showing a number of collections at Lakme Fashion Week, Neeta Lulla is a strong contender for the position at Dior.

Neeta Lulla clearly has the skills to create pieces that would fit in with the Dior name. Many of Neeta Lulla’s past collections show that the designer can create couture pieces that fit in with western tastes. However, a downside for the designer is that she has not had as much international press coverage compared to other Indian fashion designers, such as Rohit Bal and Manish Arora, but her designs do make up for this.
