No doubt one of the best dressed ladies on the carpet was Regina Cassandra in a polka dotted green gown. She didn’t play it safe, took a chance and it paid off. Love the cuff, one sided hair and earrings choice. If forced to choose one thing to change it would be the shoes but they’re definitely not a deal breaker.
